Sioux Valley High School Graduation Requirements

Sioux Valley High School students must carry at least six subjects per year with 22 credits required for graduation.  Students must earn a total of five credits in math and science with a minimum of two credits in each area.  (The classes of 2003 and 2004 must have 21 credits to graduate.  Those students are required to earn 2 credits of math and 2 credits of science.)

English - 4 credits

Math - 2 or 3 credits

Physical Science - 1 credit

Lab Science - 1 or 2 credits

U.S. History - 1 credit

Government - 1 credit

World Geography - 1/2 credit

Speech - 1/2 credit

Social Studies elective - 1/2 credit

Fine Arts - 1 credit

Computer Studies - 1 credit

Electives - 7 1/2 credits
